Tonya Hall

Tonya, a New Orleans native, has worked in the property management industry for over 20 years and has managed and supervised affordable, market, and mixed-finance portfolios for groups such as the Lane Company, Kushman & Wakefield and Columbia Residential.

Tonya currently oversees and supports the River Garden, Bienville Basin, and Lafitte portfolios and will oversee HRIM’s future Lake Charles property portfolio set to open in the summer of 2024.

Tonya is a graduate of Dillard University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and has since obtained her Certified Apartment Management (CAM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations
