Tonya Hall

With a remarkable 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Tonya was appointed President in January 2025. Throughout her career, she has successfully led award winning communities across multiple states, showcasing her expertise and dedication to excellence in property management.

Prior to her current role, Tonya served as the Mixed Finance Operations Director. Tonya now oversees the management and leasing of HRI Management’s diverse portfolio of affordable, market, mixed-income, mixed use multi-family and commercial properties.

Tonya received her B.A in Mass Communication from Dillard University –New Orleans, LA and holds multiple industry -recognized certifications, including HCCP, COS, and CAM. Tonya’s reputation for delivering exceptional results and her unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her as both a trusted advisor and an industry leader.
