Tiffany Unaka

Joining HRI as the Regional Compliance Manager, Tiffany oversees and supports the compliance team, manages federal, state, and internal auditing for all affordable properties in the HRIM portfolio, and assists with annual reporting.

Tiffany brings a depth of LIHTC and HR knowledge, and served as a compliance manager for several years, prior to joining HRI in 2022. She currently holds an HCCP designation and M.S. in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
