Tiffany Martinez

As Community Resources Director, Tiffany leads the supportive services department for HRI Community Resources, INC (HCR). Hri Community Resources, INC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that focuses on supporting the specific needs of each community through an array of philanthropic partnerships, programs, and services. HCR works closely with HRI Communities and Hri Management to ensure that the residents of owned and/or operated apartments communities have access to the needed community resources and critical supportive services for housing stability, meeting individual goals, and continuing to advance thriving communities. She also ensures accuracy and consistency with established data collection, manages compliance with the requirements of diverse social service contracts, and reporting standards.

With over 15 years of experience in managing direct service providers in affordably housing communities and community advocacy as a certified Family-Centered Coach. Tiffany brings a uniting approach in resource development, focusing on the strengths of the communities and individuals, and collaborating with the development and management teams of ensuring high quality of living for residents is at the forefront.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Athletic Coaching from Central Michigan University. She is passionate about increasing literacy in Louisiana through her involvement of the Imagination Library Committee with the Krewe of Dolly, founded in 2020 in New Orleans.
