Stephanie Giese

For over 17 years, Stephanie Giese has served as the compliance manager with HRI Management and has been responsible for monitoring all affordable properties in the HRIM portfolio, representing over 2,300 units throughout the country. Her extensive compliance experience includes Section 42 tax credit, tax exempt bonds, HOPE VI, HOME, CDBG and permanent supportive housing. Stephanie currently holds COS, HCCP and NCP designations. She also manages all federal, state, and local compliance auditing and annual reporting.

Stephanie received her B.A. in economics and international relations from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
