Priscilla Perry

Priscilla Perry is the Sponsoring Broker at HRI Realty Services and both the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Sponsoring Broker for HRI Management where she specializes in Landlord Representation and Retail Leasing. Perry has extensive knowledge of Landlord and Tenant wants and needs in the retail, restaurant, grocery, and flex office sectors. She works both in Louisiana and in a dozen other states throughout the US. She has great relationships with co-brokers in other markets and existing tenants in her portfolio of 75 leases. Priscilla seeks out opportunities to advance clients goals daily while providing leasing strategies, budgets, quarterly reports, and updates for her clients and colleagues.

She brings over a decade of retail brokerage experience with a focus on Landlord and Tenant representation in the industry. She oversees HRI’s commercial portfolio. She advises and facilitates agreements between Tenants and REITS, private investments firms, asset managers, development teams. She works closely with construction, engineers, property management, architectural teams. Priscilla believes in putting her client’s, brokers, and colleagues needs first. She also has experience in large parcel assemblages, subdivision development, and warehouse, and telecommunication leasing.
