Kayla Lemelle

Kayla has been with HRI for almost 13 years. She began her career with HRI at River Garden Apartments, which was part of the HUD Hope VI program, and currently manages 5 properties that are comprised of mixed income families with a multitude of housing programs. During her tenure with the company, she has maintained occupancy, met financial goals and, most recently, has managed a property during a multi-million dollar renovation.  She has a passion for providing her residents with a community-oriented atmosphere.

Prior to joining HRI, Kayla graduated from an HBCU (Dillard University) which laid the foundation and provided the knowledge she needed to excel in the industry. Additionally, on the job experience and continued education has helped meet objectives and industry standards.
