Juan Lastrapes

As a Development Finance Analyst, Juan supports the development team in the financial management of development projects, along with asset management of operating projects. Beginning his journey as an intern with HRIC in September 2023, Juan seamlessly transitioned to this full-time role in January 2024 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. A New Orleans native, Juan’s commitment to community impact is underscored by his previous roles with Louisiana District 3 Senator Bouie and New Orleans City Councilmember-At-Large JP Morrell.
