Jamie Clement

With over 16 years in the apartment industry, Jamie oversees a portfolio of  6 communities in multiple cities in the southern region. Jamie is experienced in market rate, mixed income, tax credit, PSH and PBV. She held the CAM, NALP and COS certifications. She has successfully managed lease-ups and stabilized properties as well as managed properties under renovations/rehabilitation.

She previously worked for two of the local industry’s prominent management companies  managing market rate properties and was also a team trainer. Jamie worked onsite as a bookkeeper, assistant manager and manager before being promoted to General Manager.

She has a passion for training team members and lease ups. She also has a focus and dedication to resident retention and providing great customer service. She is committed to continued education and personal and professional growth.
