Debra Taullie

Bringing over 30 years of national experience in both residential and commercial property management, Debra Taullie is a highly respected and motivating leader. In her role at HRI Management, she specializes and excels in maximizing property performance, transforming underperforming assets, and developing results-driven teams. During her 10 years at HRIM, Debra’s leadership skills resulted in the rapid, successful lease-up and stabilization of over 26 new construction developments throughout the country. Debra also brings a depth of extensive experience in market, affordable, mixed-use, tax credit, public housing, supportive housing, student, condominium and commercial property management.

Prior to joining HRIM, Debra formerly served in leadership positions at several of the nation’s largest management firms, achieving award-winning results for diverse portfolios across the country. Throughout her career, Debra developed a reputation for delivering the highest level of customer service and a commitment to excellence. Debra currently serves as president of the New Orleans Apartment Association and on the board of directors for the Louisiana State Association.
