Christopher R. Connolly
Vice President, Asset Management
Throughout his tenure at HRI Properties, Vice President of Asset Management Chris Connolly has shown himself to be a versatile and strategic leader. Chris’ responsibilities include overseeing the asset management team as well as project financial closings and structuring.
In addition to overseeing the asset management department, Chris is the compliance officer for the National Cities Fund, LLC, a joint-venture partnership between HRI and Historic Restoration Incorporated dedicated to spurring investment in low-income areas and transforming blighted historic properties. Since joining HRI in 2004, Chris has served in a number of capacities: first as a financial analyst and asset manager, rising to head of the development finance department in 2010 before becoming vice president of asset management in 2016.
He brings a wealth of experience to HRI, having worked in industries as diverse as private equity, venture capital, telecommunications, real estate development and property management. Chris holds a B.A. in business administration from Rhodes College and an MBA from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business.
