Ann Rito

A seasoned industry veteran, Ann Rito brings a wealth of experience to her role as general manager at HRI Management. With outstanding specialties in tax credit, permanent supportive housing and Section 42 compliance experience, Ann has successfully supervised a wide range of market and mixed-use properties in the New Orleans, Dallas, Jackson and St. Louis markets. In addition, Ann has served as a compliance specialist monitoring objectives for affordable properties in the portfolio.

During her tenure at HRI, Ann has been instrumental in leading and delivering objectives resulting in the successful lease-ups of seven new construction affordable developments. Ann also has extensive experience with specialized supportive housing and properties assisting the formerly homeless population. Ann holds her Certified Apartment Manager designation from NAA and graduated Cum Laude from Upper Iowa University.
