Woodring Apartments Phase I

The project will consist of 70 units across one multifamily building and one townhome building that will revitalize a currently vacant block in the heart of the City of Lake Charles. The placement of the buildings will ensure the preservation of the existing mature live oaks on the site. • Amenities include a fitness center, community room, grill area with picnic tables, pocket park, and secure off-street parking.
• Financial partners include Hudson Housing Capital, LLC, Capital One, N.A., Boston Capital Finance, LLC, Louisiana Housing Corporation, Louisiana Office of Community Development, and the City of Lake Charles.
• A second 40-unit phase is currently under construction and will complete the Woodring Apartments community for a total of 110 units.
