Charles Yeilding

Charles joined HRI in 2019 and now serves as a Senior Analyst. In this role, he supports and manages all aspects of a project’s development process starting at conceptual financial modeling, through construction completion and project operations.  Prior to joining HRI, Charles worked at Mesa Capital Partners, a multifamily investment and development firm based in Atlanta, GA, where he was responsible for underwriting, asset management and investor relations for a variety of transactions.  Additionally, Charles served as an investment analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily brokerage group in Atlanta, GA.  Charles holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
