EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Fairbanks is responsible for identifying and overseeing due diligence for new development opportunities. He joined HRI Properties in 1995 and has worked for the company as a financial analyst and development project manager before becoming Director of Acquisitions.
Projects managed by Mr. Fairbanks include:
Nissen Building Apartments – Conversion of a 1920’s skyscraper located in Winston- Salem, NC into 145 units of market rate rental housing
Blackstone Hotel – Historic rehab of a downtown Fort Worth landmark
Gravier Place – A mixed use historic rehab with 130 upscale apartments and three floors of office and retail space
Before joining HRI Properties, Mr. Fairbanks managed a family owned residential real estate business located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
